What types of patio covers do you offer?

Why is aluminum construction so much less than wood?

Aluminum covered patios are installed in a little amount of time, reducing the cost of the project.

Can I have lights mounted on the ceiling or posts? Yes. We can run electrical channels inside of our insulated roof panels, giving our customers the option to have ceiling fans, outlets, etc. in their new structure. They can be mounted into the ceiling or any post.

How long does it take to build a patio cover? Most of our projects are completed within one to two days. Our installers are experts at outdoor patio construction and perform quality work in little time.

How do the posts attach to the concrete? We use a steel post base when building custom pergolas & covers that sits on top of the concrete slab. After securing the base, we install trim pieces to make the structure look nice without seeing any of the underlying pieces.

What are my options for a new concrete slab?We offer “flatwork” concrete which has a brushed finished. Texas Patio Covers also offers “stamped” concrete which gives you many pattern and color options to choose from.

What is the maximum size you can build? There are no limitations when it comes to the size of our outdoor structures.

What are your patio covers made of? Our custom-designed aluminum patio covers are made of a material known as Alumawood. With this material, everything looks like genuine wood without the upkeep of real wood. Our aluminum covers will not crack, deteriorate or require painting.

What is the product warranty? We provide a lifetime warranty with our outdoor structures, including our screened porch & patio enclosures, glass sunrooms & screen rooms. Our warranty protects the customer against improper performance of the product.

How soon can you start on my project? Once we received a signed contract from the customer, we can usually get your project started within one to two weeks.

Will my Homeowner’s Association allow aluminum construction? We encourage all customers to get approved by their Homeowner’s Association. It is very unlikely that your HOA will disapprove of aluminum construction due to the quality and fine appearance of our aluminum material.

Can the new cover be shingled to match my roof? Yes, shingles are an option, but are not necessary. We can closely match any covered patio to your home.

Can I get gutters on my new cover? Gutters are included with your new purchase.

Do you also service the San Antonio area? Yes, we service all areas of Austin & San Antonio & surrounding areas.

Keep in mind that we can also build a new carport or sunroom all over the Texas Hill Country.
