No, it does not. All patio construction must be completed prior to installing any screen material so whether or not it is screened at the time of construction or any time in the future doesn’t matter.
Yes you can. We have solar screen options that block varying percentages of sun all the way up to 90%.
If any screen is damaged that we installed all you have to do is let us know. We will arrange to meet with you within 48 hours of your initial call to inspect the damaged area. If it is a straight line then someone cut it and that is not a warranty. If the damaged area appears jagged then that means it was torn. That is a warranty and will be fixed at no cost to you.
Normally we can start a project within two to three weeks of approval.
We do suggest getting HOA approval prior to starting your project. No subdivision has ever denied one of our screen projects. If you would like some help processing the HOA paperwork then we will be glad to assist you.
Yes, we can screen in an existing deck or it can be removed and we could pour a new concrete slab. You have both options.
