Texas Patio Covers just built me a lovely aluminum pergola and I could not be happier. I talked with a couple other builders before going with TPC and their service was a step above the rest. Their office was responsive and helpful and scheduled me right away. The salesman, Ron, showed up early and answered all of my questions about the project. He had material samples for me to choose from and helped me finalize the design. They got me on their schedule right away and job went quick and smoothly. I was impressed with how they took care of everything from the new concrete pad under my cover to the new electrical work and city permitting.

This has been an excellent experience from start to finish! I made one call and Ron came out very quickly, listened to what we wanted and gave us a quote. We approved the estimate and then waited for the door to come in. We were so happy to come across Texas Patio Covers. After months of calls to other companies that were either non-responsive or quoted us outrageous prices, I desperately did one last Google search. When I visited the company’s webpage I was pleasantly surprised to see how transparent they were with their pricing. This gave me a good idea about what the final estimate would look like. The photos were helpful to understand what we would be getting with our money.
Ron came out quickly after I inquired about an estimate. During the visit to our home he explained the process thoroughly including describing all the options (colors, lighting, gutters) and timeframes. That night Ron sent an estimate. He kept us updated as parts were ordered and work was ready to begin. He clearly outlined each step of the process so we knew who to expect to do what and when.
We had a complete porch replacement, including ripping out the existing concrete and porch structure. The porch roof was removed first in just a few hours, then the old concrete was removed in about two days, followed by a day of laying new concrete. About five days later after the concrete had set, the roof went up with six recessed lights and gutters down the roof columns. We chose a tan color which we are very pleased with. The structure admittedly does not appear to be constructed of wood but it does have a clean, sturdy appearance. We also appreciate that it comes with a warranty!
Overall, definitely recommend Texas Patio Covers.
